My room with fresh towels, a trundal bed, a lovely terrace was a nice size, had good night's sleep:)))

We had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly place with a clean room, a convenient mini-kitchen, fresh towels, and a pull-out bed, which made us very happy!

Convenient spot to check out nearby eateries and bars. 🍴

We stayed at rvs late June for 4 days, the place is very suitable, close to Vatican City, a walk to 2 bus stops, from there you can go all around Rome (your bus is always # 46), the staff are very friendly, clean rooms.... Good value for your money.

Just check all amenities when u check-in : tv, internet, safety box; staff will help you

The room distribution is apropriate.

The ubication of the hotel requires to climb a little hill. When you are tired of walking during several hours a day is not very nice.

The place was super clean, and all the staff were really nice and helpful. Honestly, I had a great time during my holidays here 😊.

It's good hotel, but without breakfast and cafe. Good for stay and visit Vatican City

Staff is very nice and polite, rooms are very clean, the situation is good though not in the centre itself, really near Vatican))

just one thing - there is not enough kitchen utensils... it is a little bit complicated to cook dinners but for breakfast it is ok

Alessandro and all the guys in the reception were helpfull,very kind and always with a smile upon their face!the rvs was clean,in a nice and quiet area and there was hot water all the time! You can find anything in a small distance,things such as to drink a coffee,have breakfast,have lunch,buy souvenirs!!!

In my opinion,though i'm a traveller that walks many miles, it was too far from most of the sightseeings,even from S.Peter's Basilica (10 with 15 min.)!That uphill with the 69 steps it was a nightmare every single time!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions like St Peter's Cathedral and the Vatican. There are also great restaurants and cafes nearby. We especially enjoyed the roof garden, which offered a wonderful view. The fridge in the room was a nice bonus, keeping our drinks nice and cold. The hotel had a 24-hour reception, which made us feel safe and reassured. The breakfast was generous and self-service. we were very happy with our stay.

Nothing not too like.

Hotel has great location: 5 min to bus stop (bus 46 takes you to main central square piazza Venezia - best start for sightseeing), 10 min to Vatican city and about 15 min to metro station - very comfortable! Stuff is very helpfull! Nice people always ready to help! Room is quite clean and big. We've got some troubles with tv and stove, but they were immediately solved.

Neighborhood is quiet and nice but be carefull - there might be robbers on bikes and cars.

Well located for our visit

Although booked for 3, there were virtually no facilities (wardrobe etc) for third person & extra towels had not been left. Hot water kept running out before third shower. Some useless furniture, which cut down space in apartment - the massive unit in living room would have been more useful as extra wardrobe. Had not realised apartment situated near top of hill, which was a killer walking up.

Great location close to bars, stores, and restaurants, as well as many of the must-see spots in town. It's at the heart of all the action 📍. the staff here are super competent and totally professional.
